Celebrating 20 years of empowering, inspiring, and uplifting women
Established in 2007 as a showcase for women in action sports, the Super Girl Pro Series is the only large-scale all-women’s action sports, esports and lifestyle series in the world. Developed as a celebration of female strength and empowerment, the platform has grown into a series of four incredible festivals centered around providing social, athletic, cultural, educational, business, and entertainment opportunities for young women in areas where they are traditionally underrepresented.

2007
Super Girl Pro Series, originally named the S3 Supergirl Jam, was created as a celebration of female strength and empowerment with its inaugural event in Mission Beach, CA.
2007

2008
Super Girl Surf Pro became a sanctioned event and part of the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP).
2008

2011
Super Girl Surf Pro became an ASP 6-Star event where surfers can compete for valuable points to qualify for the Championship Tour.
2011

2013
Super Girl Snow Pro moved from the sunny beaches of California to the Colorado mountains as the only all-women's WST-sanctioned 5-star event in the world featuring top slopestyle athletes.

2016
Super Girl launched an all-female DJ competition, Super Girl Sound Session, featuring and empowering female DJs from around the globe.

2017
Super Girl established Super Girl Gamer Pro to provide tournament opportunities for female gamers and to help inspire more women to take a larger role within esports.

2018
The first-event Mentorship Program was launched at the Super Girl Snow Pro where young women could team up and learn from the pros.
2018

2020
Super Girl Surf Pro was the only WSL surf competition and the only event San Diego County approved during the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. The competition was a special event where points contributed to the individual teams and for Team US vs Team California.

2021
Super Girl established a full Super Girl Longboarding competition with the support of the Oceanside Longboard Surfing Club featuring the world’s top pros and several rising stars.

2021
Super Girl Surf Pro expanded coast to coast with another event in Jacksonville Beach, FL while also establishing beach volleyball and beach soccer competitions.

2022
Super Girl Surf Jacksonville brought women's lacrosse competitions to the beach featuring teams from across the state.
2022

2023
Super Girl Volleyball was established at the Super Girl Surf Festival in Oceanside, now expanding women's beach volleyball tournaments from coast to coast.

2024
Super Girl Flag Football was added and it immediately became a huge part of the event’s landscape with more than 400 women competing at the inaugural tournament.
2024

2025
2025 saw the addition of competitive cheerleading, women’s BMX and a women’s 5K race to Super Girl’s expanding list of sports.

2026
Super Girl Festival Series debuts in Virginia Beach with its largest festival to date.
